You can delete your CalForge account and all of its data at any time. Deletion is permanent — we cannot restore it afterwards.
This is the fastest route and takes effect immediately.
Email us and we will delete the account for you:
To help us find the right account, please include the email address you signed up with. If you used the app without creating an account, include your guest ID if you still have it — you can find it on the Profile screen under your name. Without either, we may not be able to identify your data.
We confirm and complete deletion requests within 30 days.
We keep technical records of AI requests — which model ran, how many tokens it used and what it cost — because we need them for cost accounting. When your account is deleted, the link between those records and you is removed, so they no longer identify you. They contain no food descriptions, no photos and no body measurements.
Meal photos are stored on your own device rather than on our servers. Deleting from inside the app removes them. If you have already uninstalled the app, they were removed with it.
CalForge only ever reads from Health Connect and never writes to it, so deleting your CalForge account does not affect your Health Connect data. To stop the app reading it, revoke the permission in Health Connect → App permissions.
